At Intelligent Networking, we want to provide the service that we would expect ourselves. That’s why as part of our excellent after sales support, we provide a three year next business day (1-3 days for Europe) hardware replacement warranty for all IT hardware bought on our website. This means if you have any issues or errors in the next three years that are not your fault, we will either provide a fix or a replacement free of charge.

We also include remote setup and support for the lifetime of the warranty. This means if you need help deploying, configuring, connecting or migrating your hardware, our highly trained IT specialists are just a phone call away to offer you support.

What warranty do I get with my hardware?

We offer an industry leading three year warranty on all IT hardware bought through IntelligentNetworking.co.uk! All of our products are covered by a three year next business day UK warranty or a 2-3 working day warranty for Europe as well as our 3 year remote setup and support warranty.

All of the hardware and components are serial number tracked using our sales tracking system so we can process warranty claims quickly.

What is classed as general wear and tear?

General wear and tear describes the breakdown of materials that occurs naturally over time such as scratches or dents. Our three year warranty does not cover wear and tear from accidents, misuse or improper care.

Can I increase my warranty period?

Yes, you can! All of our hardware comes with a three year warranty but bespoke warranty options and SLAs are available. To add this to your order, please get in touch with one of our account managers.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please send a photo to our team at sales@intelligentnetworking.co.uk and include your order number so we can look into getting you a new one!

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you need to make a warranty claim, please email RMA@intelligentservers.co.uk with pictures and as much information about the fault as you can.
