30 Day No Quibble Returns

You may cancel/return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 business day UK 2-3 business days Europe).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE! We're one of the only IT hardware suppliers who offer free worldwide shipping on all of our website orders!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to get all orders dispatched within one working day. Where you are located will affect shipping times. Most of our UK orders arrive the next working day. Orders shipping to Europe usually take 3-4 working days and worldwide shipping can take up to 7 days.

We use DPD (UK) or DHL (International) and tracking will be sent to your email upon dispatch.

If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with our sales team before placing an order and we will do all we can to get your IT hardware to you as quickly as possible!

Do you offer next day, same day, weekend, pre 10am or pre 12pm shipping?

Yes! We fully understand that many IT hardware purchases are mission critical and can accommodate next day, same day, weekend, pre 10am or pre 12pm shipping options for a surcharge on most of our stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We’ve shipped to hundreds of countries worldwide and over 25% of our orders ship outside of the UK. We offer worldwide free shipping.

Can I collect my order?

Of course! If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse in Harrogate, please provide this information within the delivery notes when paying for your order. You can then email sales@intelligentnetworking.co.uk to arrange a collection time. Please do not arrive without arranging a time as your order may not be ready for collection.

Will I have to pay import fees if my order is shipping outside the UK?

As the buyer you are responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.

Can I amend or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us on 01423 803004 immediately and we will always make your changes as long as the item has not already left our warehouse.

If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

How can I return my order?
